Poster Presentations
The in-person poster session is scheduled for October 6 from 12:00pm to 2:00pm CEST. Posters will be displayed around the room and attendees can visit the posters and talk with presenters. This will give each presenter an opportunity to share key important ideas and answer questions, and it is a great time for networking and conversations.
Presenters should plan to bring their printed poster to the conference, and we will provide the necessary display materials. Each presenter will have 125 cm x 125 cm (49.2 in x 49.2 in) to hang their poster, so please make sure your poster fits within those dimensions. The board will accommodate the standard poster size of 36 inches x 48 inches (91.4″ x 121.9″) for both horizontal and vertical orientation.
You can bring your poster to Santa Apollonia anytime after the conference begins. You will find your board using the numbers in the poster list in the PDF schedule. All posters must be removed before the end of the conference on Thursday.

Conference App and Virtual Platform
You will receive an email from Whova, our conference app, where you can access your poster presentation and speaker information. You will be able to make any changes to your information directly through Whova. If you do not receive the email from Whova, please contact us.
We encourage you to upload a PDF of your poster to Whova by September 30 so that virtual attendees can view it, and so you do not need to bring any handouts for in-person attendees. In addition, audience members will be able to contact you through Whova, and use the chat on your presentation page for follow-up questions, comments, or additional discussion.
