This conference is the perfect opportunity to create new relationships and synergies with professionals from all over the continent and the rest of the world. 200 participants are expected to attend the event in person, with many more online for our virtual program.

Multiple Levels and Custom Packages
We are offering several sponsorship levels and benefits to meet various sponsor needs and preferences. Customized Sponsorship Packages
For those wishing to sponsor a particular event or session, we can create customized packages for the sponsoring the following:
- Language interpretation for specific conference sessions
- Welcome event
- Networking breaks
- Gala dinner
- Field trip or workshop (registration fees, lunch, transportation, or other fees)
- Travel scholarships for those needing financial assistance (students, practitioners, lower-income attendees)
For these activities, we will estimate the cost and build a custom set of benefits according to your preferences. This will include recognition of your contribution during the event, acknowledgment of support on signs or programs, and potentially the opportunity to welcome attendees and speak for a few minutes depending on the event.
Sponsor / Exhibitor Commitment
- Complete the online sponsor/exhibitor form.
- This form has an area to upload your logo, description, and website so we can start recognizing your support right away.
- Make your payment using one of the options below:
- For payment in EUR, please email [email protected].
- For USD online payments, enter your amount, “FAB sponsorship” as the reference, and payment information at https://secure.affinipay.com/pages/associationforfireecology/payments.
- For USD checks or transfers, please email [email protected].
- After we receive your form and payment, we will contact you to set up the free registrations included with your sponsorship and to provide additional instructions for virtual and in-person participation.
